The Practical Information Location and Hours: My office is located on Sutter Street between Steiner and Pierce. The address is: 2140 Sutter Street, SF, CA 94115. To see where it is on a map, click here. My office hours are from 11am to 9pm Tuesday through Thursday, and from 10 to 5:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Session Length and Fees: Individual psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes. The initial session is $90, and subsequent sessions are $180 per session. Hypnotherapy and couples therapy sessions are generally 90 minutes. The initial consultation is $100, and subsequent sessions are $200 per session. I do have a sliding scale for people whose financial situation is difficult. If I can't slide as low as you need, I do my best to provide you with referrals to more affordable treatment options. Feel free to call for more information. About insurance: I am not currently contracted with any insurance companies. I would be classified as an "out-of-network provider." If we were to work together, you might be able to get some reimbursement from your insurance depending on the terms of your policy. However, it would cost you less to work with a therapist who is "in-network" and contracted with your insurance company. License and Certification: I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). This licensed is issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences of the State of California. My license number is: LMFT 35484. I am certified as a clinical hypnotherapist (CHT) by the HCH Institute in Lafayette, California.
